Sync posted invoices with Quickbooks

This is only a part of the Quickbooks Desktop Integration Add-On Module.

After posting a sales order or credit memo, you still need to manually move these invoices to the Quickbooks queue before they will transfer over into the accounting software at the next sync.

  1. Navigate to sales section icon Sales, then quickbooks logo Quickbooks Update.
  2. Click on the Invoices to Queue tab.
  3. Check the boxes of the posted order(s) to sync with Quickbooks.
  4. Click quickbooks logo Add to Queue so they will be moved to the “In Queue” list.
  5. All items in the “In Queue” list will be transferred automatically to Quickbooks at the time of the next sync (i.e. when the QuickBooks Web Connector runs next).
