Sync posted invoices with Quickbooks
This is only a part of the Quickbooks Desktop Integration Add-On Module.
After posting a sales order or credit memo, you still need to manually move these invoices to the Quickbooks queue before they will transfer over into the accounting software at the next sync.
- Navigate to
Sales, then
Quickbooks Update.
- Click on the Invoices to Queue tab.
- Check the boxes of the posted order(s) to sync with Quickbooks.
- Click
Add to Queue so they will be moved to the “In Queue” list.
- All items in the “In Queue” list will be transferred automatically to Quickbooks at the time of the next sync (i.e. when the QuickBooks Web Connector runs next).
